All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays, otherwise agreed upon emergency requests by email and subject to availability. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. The days in transit for delivery will be displayed at checkout. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use various carriers depending on the size and weight of your order, and we ship within the United Kingdom, except for some post codes that are more difficult to reach. The estimated delivery times and costs for different shipping options are listed at Checkout.
The choice of carriers is done at checkout and listed by dimensions, weight and destination of the items.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, strikes, or customs. We are not liable for any delays or damages caused by the carrier.
Due to the nature of the ”made to measure” products we supply, we provide delivery prices at a standard rate and reserve the right to cancel an order should it become economically unviable to fulfill the order.
When delivering to some locations we can incur increased Courier delivery costs. Should delivery be required to one of the locations listed below a remote area supplement could be added to the price of delivery
In these extremely rare circumstances, the customer will be contacted first to discuss alternative options.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). You can track your order status on the carrier’s website.
Decor wall is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Decor wall is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
